Delivery time depends on the delivery destination & whether you opt for any tailoring/stitching facility. The delivery time for each item is mentioned on the product page itself for your reference. We undertake urgent orders, when possible. In case you require an outfit urgently, please contact us with the design number so we can assist you with the same.
At Natasha Couture, a thorough quality check is done before dispatching, if in case there is a defect, a new item is manufactured which may lead to a slight delay in shipping.
The shipping duration mentioned on our website is indicative and approximate values only and due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refunds, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
For Cash on Delivery, COD charges depending on the weight of the product is applicable.
For any reason, if there is going to be a delay in shipping the order because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
We will email the tracking details after the order is shipped, tracking numbers might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
We provide alterations for customized products for which the to and fro shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Please note, for incomplete/incorrect shipping address or door locked at the time of delivery, the charges for re shipment will be borne by the customer.
In the rare case of your order getting lost in transit, we will reprocess the order after 15 days.
